GUIDELINES

  1. Ensure regular and punctual attendance of your child to support consistent learning and discipline.
  2. Encourage reading habits and timely completion of homework to reinforce classroom learning at home.
  3. Monitor the school diary regularly for important notices, assignments, and teacher communication.
  4. Notify the school promptly in case of any health-related concerns or extended absences.
  5. Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and orientation sessions to stay informed about your child’s academic and personal development.
  6. Refrain from sending electronic gadgets or valuable items with your child to avoid loss or distractions.
  7. Foster respectful behavior, personal responsibility, and good hygiene practices as part of your child’s overall development.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Introductory page must be duly filled in with proper Address and Phone Number. Necessary photographs must be pasted.
  2. Parents are requested to sign the Diary, Class Test, Monday Test and Circulars for the confirmation of work and academic progress.
  3. Each student must have a minimum of 80% attendance in school for promotion to the next class.
  4. In case of misplacement of any notebook / book, inquiry will be entertained the same day or on subsequent day only.
  5. On every Monday, there will be checking of ward's cleanliness and table manners competition will be held.
  6. Only after getting written intimation from parents in the morning, child will be allowed to leave the premises during school hours. Parents or introduced person in the school diary will be authorized to carry the child only when all particulars are duly filled in & photographs of parents and introduced person/s are pasted. Student will be called from the class only when on-going period is over. This may lead to some waiting on the part of parents / visitors. Parents are supposed to wait in reception area till the on-going period is over.

REQUEST AND SUGGESTIONS

  1. Don't allow your ward to take leave during preparation period. If he/she takes leave during the period, preparation for the exams will be your responsibility.
  2. Parents should not send the child to school, if he/she is suffering from a contagious disease like mumps, measles, chicken–pox and conjunctivitis and send him to school only with a fitness certificate from a competent doctor.
  3.  Parents and/or students (individually or collectively) are forbidden to give gifts. Neither parties, nor gift presentations by students or parents on birthday/teachers' day or any other celebration are allowed.
  4. Teachers should not be criticized in the presence of his/her ward. It undermines students respect for the teacher and weakens his/her will power.
  5. Phone calls of parents will be attended by Administrative Block. You are requested not to make any phone call after school hours.
  6. Please keep your mobile phones switched off or on silent mode in Principal's Office / Administrative Block.
