- Admissions for all classes from Nursery to Class XII are open annually from 1st April to 31st April.
- For Nursery admissions, the minimum age requirement is 3.5 years as on 1st April of the admission year.
- Admission forms can be collected from the school office or downloaded from the official website. Ensure you submit signed forms at the school office during working hours.
- Please submit the completed admission form along with the birth certificate, previous academic marksheet, Aadhaar cards of the student and parents, and passport-size photographs.
- Admissions for junior classes are granted based on an interaction with the child and parents, whereas admissions to higher classes require the candidate to appear for a written test. Final admission is subject to document verification and availability of seats.
- The Principal reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate without assigning any reason what so ever.
- The admission is provisional and can be cancelled any time during the session on any of the grounds mentioned separately.

ADMISSION RULES
TRANSPORT RULES
- At the time of admission, address or route mentioned in Diary will be followed. Request for route change for short span of time will not be considered.
- The transport facility will be provided for the whole session. It may not be withdrawn or availed during mid session.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, you are supposed to give prior intimation regarding withdrawing/discontinuing school transport facility along with satisfactory reason.

FEE SCHEDULE & RULES FOR WITHDRAWALS
For students of Veer Abhimanyu Senior Secondary School, all the dues are to be deposited online. You may visit our website : www.veerabhimanyuschool.com
- Conveyance charges will be according to routes. Student availing the transport facility will be liable to pay transport charges for 11 months and for 1 month i.e. for summer vacations transport charges will not be levied. In the mid of academic year, transport facility cannot be withdrawn.
- Dues once deposited will not be refunded except security amount.
- For obtaining school leaving certificate parents are advised to apply at least 1 month before the end of the session. If not informed well in time fee will be charged up to the month in which application for SLC has been submitted even if child has not studied or left the school for the reason whatsoever.
- Any of the parents may sign the application for withdrawal irrespective of who has signed the admission form.
ACADEMIC INSTRUCTIONS
- Introductory page must be duly filled in with proper Address and Phone Number. Necessary photographs must be pasted.
- Parents are requested to sign the Diary, Class Test, Monday Test and Circulars for the confirmation of work and academic progress.
- If your ward is absent from the school, he/she must make up all the work missed by him/her under your guidance. H.W completion will be your duty. For long absence, leave should be got duly sanctioned. In case of not having information for more than seven days' absence, ward's name will be struck off the rolls.
- Each student must have a minimum of 80% attendance in school for promotion to the next class.
- In case of misplacement of any notebook / book, inquiry will be entertained the same day or on subsequent day only.
- On every Monday, there will be checking of ward's cleanliness and table manners competition will be held.
- Only after getting written intimation from parents in the morning, child will be allowed to leave the premises during school hours. Parents or introduced person in the school diary will be authorized to carry the child only when all particulars are duly filled in & photographs of parents and introduced person/s are pasted. Student will be called from the class only when on-going period is over. This may lead to some waiting on the part of parents / visitors. Parents are supposed to wait in reception area till the on-going period is over.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- The student should carry his/her diary to school everyday with his/her photograph duly pasted, with complete address and duly signed by the parents.
- The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly mentioned on all his/her belongings.
- The student is to note class/home-work of each subject done/ given in school.
- Students are not supposed to tear any page from the diary or spoil it in any way.
- Students who come to school by their own conveyance should arrive at school before the assembly.
- The student must come to school in proper (neat and clean) uniform and follow the pattern laid down in the diary.
- The students must not use rude and abusive language in the school.
- Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside the school building is not allowed.
- Students should not bring valuables or money to school. They are also not allowed to bring, CDs, magazines, pictures, books, (other than the prescribed text books ) pen drive, except when asked for by the teacher.
- Girl students should plait their hair if it is below the shoulders. Short hair should be neatly cut and pinned.
- The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (expensive watches, pens, jewellery or money) to school.
- Students using bus will maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facility will be withdrawn in case discipline is not maintained.
- To fulfil the requirements of nutritious diet, students have to bring green vegetables along with salad in their lunch box on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Fruits will be compulsory on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday along with lunch. Junk Food or Packed Food is not allowed in School.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises before time without the prior permission of the Principal.
REQUEST AND SUGGESTIONS
- Don't allow your ward to take leave during preparation period. If he/she takes leave during the period, preparation for the exams will be your responsibility.
- Parents should not send the child to school, if he/she is suffering from a contagious disease like mumps, measles, chicken–pox and conjunctivitis and send him to school only with a fitness certificate from a competent doctor.
- Parents and/or students (individually or collectively) are forbidden to give gifts. Neither parties, nor gift presentations by students or parents on birthday/teachers' day or any other celebration are allowed.
- Teachers should not be criticized in the presence of his/her ward. It undermines students respect for the teacher and weakens his/her will power.
- Phone calls of parents will be attended by Administrative Block. You are requested not to make any phone call after school hours.
- Please keep your mobile phones switched off or on silent mode in Principal's Office / Administrative Block.
REGARDING CONTACT NUMBER
Written application or intimation is required in case of change of address, phone number or any other change. Three days are required for possible consideration of the request submitted by the parents.
